Terms   &   conditions

DEFINITIONS

The following definitions apply to these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise explicitly stated:

  • WAS refers to Wheelers Auto Services and/or its employees.
  • Customer means the legal owner of the Vehicle or an authorized representative of the legal owner of the Vehicle, entrusting the Vehicle with WAS throughout the works.
  • Expected Delivery Date & Time means the date and time indicated by WAS to the Customer during the Vehicle Drop Off for completion of the services on the Vehicle.
  • Vehicle means the Vehicle listed on the Vehicle Inspection Form. 
  • Works means the aesthetic Vehicle maintenance and/or services to be carried out on the Vehicle, as agreed between WAS and the Customer.

CUSTOMER

  • The Customer or the authorized representative represents and warrants that they are the legal owner of the Vehicle. They entrust that the Vehicle is with WAS throughout the period when services on the Vehicle is carried out. 
  • WAS reserves the right to levy an advance amount for securing a booking. The customer will be informed before initiating any charges.
  • At times of heavy engagement, WAS reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, defer, alter or move a Vehicle service booking aligning with its own needs & requirements. The reasons are not limited but also include weather conditions, machinery hindrances, broken equipment, or any other incidents that can be a reason for impacting services on the Vehicle. In any such conditions, the Customer will be informed in advance.
  • Any kind of personal belongings, money or valuable items should be removed from the Vehicle at the time of drop-off. For any kind of loss or damage to personal property during work, WAS will not be accepting any liability whatsoever.
  • At the time of dropping off the Vehicle, WAS will inspect your Vehicle which shall further be recorded on the Vehicle Inspection Form.
  • WAS  may take pictures or photographs at the time of services being carried on the vehicles as evidence. Photographs taken of the Vehicles during inspection and services are the sole property & ownership of WAS. We carry the right to use said photographs captured for marketing purposes.
  • WAS is by no means responsible for any faults on the Vehicles at the time of drop-off. If the Customer fails to report any pre-existing faults on the Vehicles at the time of drop-off, WAS does not stand responsible for any such faults.
  • During the course of the inspection at drop-off, if WAS finds additional faults, it will be at the discretion of the Customer whether to pursue the additional Works required.

WORKS

  • The Customer authorizes WAS to carry out services using materials and know-how in a manner that has been decided by WAS at its sole discretion.
  • During the services, whilst WAS shall take every precaution necessary to ensure the safety of the Vehicle, personnel, and surroundings. WAS shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, and/or consequential loss caused to the Vehicle, its parts, and/or its accessories.
  • ‘Ceramic Coating’ is subject to a separate warranty document, terms and conditions which will be provided to the Customer by WAS.
  • ‘Window Tinting’ is subject to a separate warranty document, terms and conditions which will be provided to the Customer by WAS.

PRICE, PAYMENT, AND DELIVERY

  • We provided an estimated range of the cost of services. The cost factor depends on the type of Vehicle and the kind of cosmetic service required by the Vehicle or the Customer. We reserve the right to amend the price based on several factors that may arise after Works have started, and this may differ from the estimated cost that is initially shared with the Customer. 
  • WAS reserves the right to charge a minimum surcharge to any Works that may involve excessive pet hair, urine, vomit, blood, feces, dirt, or other hazardous materials.
  • All the payments for the services are to be paid before or at the time of delivery. WAS reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse delivery of the Vehicle to the Customer unless all the payments are completely paid.
  • The Expected Delivery Date & Time are purely indicative in nature. It may vary depending on the nature of the services. WAS will not be responsible for any change in the expected delivery date and time.
  • After the completion of service/s required by the Customer’s Vehicle, WAS informs them to collect their Vehicle. In case of any delay in terms of collecting the Vehicle, the Customer is liable to pay WAS 100 per day against storage charges. After two days, WAS stands not responsible if any damage happens to the Customer’s Vehicle. In such cases of delay, we take no responsibility for the Customer’s Vehicle safety.
  • The Vehicle will only be delivered to the legal owner. In case if the Vehicle has to be delivered to an authorized representative, then the legal owner needs to inform WAS in the writing before giving their Vehicle for service.

MISCELLANEOUS

  • WAS has the right to take pictures and/or photographs of the Vehicle at any time before, during, or following the completion of the Works. WAS has the exclusive rights and ownership of all such pictures and/or photographs and can use them at its sole discretion, including for the purposes of marketing its services. WAS may use such pictures and/or photographs to post on their website and/or any other social media platforms (including but without limitation to Google, YouTube Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Whatsapp, etc.). All pictures and/or photographs are the sole intellectual property of WAS.
  • All content, including copy, logos, and imagery directly or indirectly associated with WAS are the sole intellectual property of WAS and must not be used without the express written permission of WAS.
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws, decrees, and regulations of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any dispute, claim, question, or difference arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, and whether as to construction, interpretation or otherwise arising out of these Terms and Conditions, if not amicably resolved between the Customer and WAS, shall be finally settled by the courts of the Emirate of Dubai.
  • WAS reserves the right to change and update these terms and conditions without any prior notice.

REFUND

Due to the nature of the business, WAS does not offer any refunds.

Refund

Due to the nature of the business, WAS does not offer any refunds.
